What Atmea can do

Seven building blocks for structured breath and apnea training — from freeform exercises to an adaptive weekly plan and a data-driven coach.

Exercises
Build your own multi-phase breathing exercises from any number of blocks — inhale, hold, exhale, breathe — with a progressive change per round, a preview before you start, voice cues, and optional background music.
Training
Four fixed tables for apnea training: CO2, O2, pyramid, and the no-contraction table with guided coherence breathing. You mark the struggle phase with a tap — with no-contraction you rate the session yourself from 1 to 10 instead. Automatic diaphragm-contraction counting can be switched on (beta).
Training plan
A rule-based weekly plan in four levels — from beginner to a freely arranged custom week. The Today block starts the session that's due with a single tap; weekly progress, streak, and catch-up suggestions are derived continuously from your history. Every rule is disclosed in the app with its source.
Coach
Suggests adjusted training durations — from your maximum attempts and struggle trends, for the CO2 table even without a current maximum attempt, and for the no-contraction table from your series of ratings. Never applied automatically, you decide.
Maximum Attempt
A guided maximal breath-hold test with a relax and an apnea phase — duration and struggle time are recorded.
BOLT Test
A standardized Body Oxygen Level Test per the Buteyko method: a rest phase, then holding until the first noticeable urge to breathe — deliberately not a maximal effort.
Dashboard & history
Two swipeable dashboard pages: statistics blocks and an activity journal as a daily timeline. Reorder or hide blocks freely — and every table, every maximum attempt, and every BOLT value has its own history view as well.

How it works

  1. 1

Pick an exercise, build your own — or let the weekly plan set today's session

  2. 2

A phase timer with voice cues guides the session

  3. 3

Deliberately save or discard the result — nothing is auto-saved

  4. 4

History and trends feed the dashboard, your plan progress, and coach suggestions
