What Atmea can do
Eight building blocks for structured breath and apnea training — from freeform exercises to an adaptive weekly plan and a data-driven coach, right through to the link with your sleep data.
The app launches on iOS in October 2026. The Android version follows by November 2026.

“Calm and relaxation”: about ten minutes of narrated breathing with a breathing orb, pause, and section skips.
Backup
Export all your data to a file and restore it later — optionally AES-256 encrypted with a password.
Language & voice
German, English, French, and Spanish; two narrator voices with audio previews and two music beds.
Appearance
Light and dark colour scheme — optionally following your device setting.
